Congrat, great job, must have been so fantastic to feel good all along the race. Looks so difficult to beat this time now (even for u!)...

It wasn't that I felt good all the time. It was just that I knew I was going to beat my record from about the 30th kilometre.
The end is just as hard as ever when the muscles begin to tighten in the thighs and you just want the race to end.
3rd photo is around 42k and there were only a few hundred metres to go. I'm impressed that I still look reasonable as normally I'm white as a sheet by this point and looking dreadful!
