Saturday run

Another run back in the forest with Nick this morning along to Cora and back.

It was a lovely morning and not too hot since we left at 8:00 am. The weather was perfect and we sauntered along quite happily at around 4:38 per km. We were both on better form than of late and we didn't need to adjust our speed at all around the circuit. Slowest kilometre was 4:51 at the beginning and the fastest was 4:35. So a very consistent run, even up the slight hills on the way back from Cora.

Still plenty of small frogs on the path on the way back. I hope that this is a good omen for a lovely Summer.

15km all up in 1:10 or an average of 4:41 per km.
